A glass of milk nutrients?The cow diet could be better, but it is up to you? Organic milk contains less trace elements: copper, zinc, selenium and iodine - than regular juice moo, finds new Spanish research.
Why: Conventional farms add mineral supplements cow feed, while organic cows on plants can fill — have fewer nutrients.
