Apple-Cinnamon water recipe

It's pretty simple, really, and just as the name implies. Value to make 4 tall glasses you need the following ingredients:

Half a liter of filtered water (or a jar) 2 whole apples (Red Delicious, Gala, or work well, but you can more pie apples you prefer) 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Peel and core of one of the apples and cut into quarter inch thick pieces. Place the Apple slices in a bowl give and with a large spoon or press, mash Apple slices, as much juice as possible out. The water in a large pitcher, along with cinnamon, add the juice and mix well.

Core of the second Apple, but leave the skin. Slice and dice into small pieces, and add the Apple pieces to the water. Mix again, relax and enjoy!
