Shredded Aesthetic Body
We all know that from boredom does not
proceed motivation, and without motivation you cannot train in a
high-intensity fashion. If you cannot train in a high-intensity fashion,
you will never progress toward your goals of muscular growth and
aesthetic muscles (bodily perfection). So, how does one stave off the
eventuality of lethargy in one’s training career?
Perhaps the best thing you can do to stay motivated is to
look up to people who succeed in accomplishing their dreams. In this
motivational video you can see some of these guys that possess truly aesthetic muscles: Jeff Seid, Alon Gabbay, Chris Lavado, and Matt Ogus.
Bodybuilding is a competitive sport in
which performance is subordinated to aesthetic beauty (aesthetic
muscles). Two people with the same level of muscularity can look
extremely different. So what makes a physique aesthetic? Size, shape,
proportion, conditioning, symmetry, and balance: combine all of these
into one human body and you get amazing aesthetics. This guys have just
one ultimate goal: to have a symmetrical, aesthetic physique having
every part built as though perfectly formed in accordance with a complex
yet flowing mathematical equation.
Building a proportional, symmetrical
body takes a special kind of training. It requires more than just
pulling heavy deadlifts—it’s an art. It is very common for people to
have debates about who is on steroids and who isn’t. Even if they are,
you can’t just take anabolic steroids and expect to get ripped. Even
with assistance it still takes years of dedication and hard work to get
these bodies. These guys have near perfect nutrition and insane
discipline. It
takes tremendous effort to get a physique like that. It is even harder
to keep it. These guys have made a conscious decision to live a certain
lifestyle. There
are so many people that take steroids and do not look like that. A lot
of people who say they train for years and don’t see results, that’s
because they also have a life and often have to focus on other things,
miss a meal etc.
Each rep, each stretch,
each gate means one step closer. Each stride and pull makes your
enemies shrink in fear and your allies feel more secure. This isn’t
lifting, working out, or jogging. This is a battle. No, this is war.
The best thing to do is focus on yourself and if you choose to be natural, be the best natural you can be.
