
The importance of a good cardio workout is undeniable to support the health and maintenance of your waist. But let's be honest, some of us are losing valuable time on the treadmill.
The big problem that can arise with cardio is too much routine. Eventually, doing over and over again the same cardio workout will produce little in terms of results. Your metabolism will not feel much impact, and that means long lost in the gym.
Of course, many people also use cardio as an excuse to slack off, or at least not pushed the road that should, regardless of the routine. So instead of leaving to escape with her, I am reviewing one of my best cardio plans to increase metabolism and help really feel the burn!

The key to maximizing your efforts and getting the biggest possible boost should start thinking a little differently about cardiovascular exercise. While the treadmill and elliptical can still be used effectively with the right approach, what works best is to incorporate a variety of exercises that challenge your body in a number of different ways.
The following training combines traditional cardio, body weight exercises and running in a way that keeps your heart rate up and your metabolism.
Recommended to replace your old routine of cardio with this at least 2 days a week and work your way up to 3 days a week, alternating with traditional (but intense) cardio like running and cycling.
Here is how to get the best cardio metabolic boost. Perform the following exercises in order, no more than 30 seconds between exercises rest.
warming of 5-minute treadmill sprint (moderate speed) 3 minutes treadmill Hill (inclination of 4-5) 12-15 side lunges with dumbbells (each side) (see exercise), 6-12 dominated wide grip (see exercise) 2 minutes treadmill Hill sprint (inclination of 4-5) 12-15 Sugar jump with cufflink (see exercise) 3 minutes rope2 minutes jacks1 minutes knee tucks in cracking of ab Bank (see exercise) 1 minute (see exercise) 5 minutes of jump flat sprint treadmill (high intensity) 5 minutes of cooling on the treadmill (speed of light)At the end of this training, there will be burned a lot of calories, worked to serious sweating and given a serious boost your metabolism!
This training only you will keep burning fat and calories throughout the day, and leave feeling energized and focused. This makes it a great workout to do first thing in the morning to boost your day.
