Spicy Court = slimmer waist? It can add, herbs and spices on a low-fat meal just as appetizing as the real thing, says a new study from the University of Colorado.
People ate same middle parts of the regular (650 calories), (395 calories) reduced fat and reduced fat with seasonings (including onions, oregano and paprika), meatloaf, vegetables and Pasta meals. Then, the eaters rated the courts for warmth. The results: one with spices, the reduced-fat meatloaf and vegetables, that higher than the normal versions scored, suggesting, that could make all food for missing fat.

1 Cinnamon: known for its blood sugar-lowering properties, cinnamon not only sweet things like oatmeal and rice pudding spruce. Even in savory dishes, try it: sprinkle the spice to baked Acorn Squash or roasted carrots, or add a half teaspoon of a stew made of chicken, rice and tomatoes, ways Berger says.
2 Chipotle Pepper: stir ¼ teaspoon of ground Chipotle Pepper bean dips, guacamole or mashed cauliflower, beats Rochelle Sirota, a registered dietitian in New York City.
3. Garlic: place four whole cloves in a basket of vegetables steamer along with green like Kale, Swiss chard, broccoli rabe or kale. The Green steam, they taste, are infused with delicious garlic-y, says Sirota.
