Bath mouthers caution: Dissing someone on Facebook could be a job cost, finds a new study from North Carolina State University.
Researchers found that people who test as pleasant and conscientious - two of the most desirable personality traits in candidates, depending on the employer - very few others on Facebook were offended.

Interestingly enough, researchers, found little correlation between good personality traits and a Facebook flag, which immediately check job hunters: signs of drug and alcohol consumption. Actually people, the party pictures posted more extroverted - a skill in many areas desirable, Stoughton says.
